11.1 Suspension by jl11. jl11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a violation of these Terms is detected or suspected; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is filed; (d) the Player fails to complete required verification; or (e) jl11 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon Account suspension, jl11 will freeze the Account balance. Where a suspension results from a Terms violation, jl11 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where suspension is for verification purposes, jl11 will release the balance upon satisfactory completion of verification.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jl11 support. All pending withdrawals will be processed upon closure. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited on voluntary account closure.
jl11 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a notice on the jl11 Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
